Laissez les bons temps rouler—“Let the good times roll!” ĢƵ arrived for Apartmentalize in New Orleans on a mission. We were there to strengthen partnerships, make new friends, educate, inspire, and celebrate the multifamily industry. For three days, if it was happening around Apartmentalize, ĢƵ was well represented. From “Taste of New Orleans” to quality time with industry partners in booth #2001, the ĢƵ Difference was on full display.

Thank you to everyone who helped make NAA Apartmentalize 2026 one to remember!

Growing together

Phoenix Has Risen

Strong, strategic growth takes careful planning, innovative thinking, and precise execution. ĢƵ demonstrated this—and celebrated our continued growth—coming together to help our Phoenix Branch move into their brand-new home at 101 N. 104th Avenue, Tolleson, AZ 85353.

Nearly 300 people representing 20 ĢƵ branches flew into Phoenix. Teams came from Alabama, Colorado, Georgia, Kentucky, Maryland, Missouri, North Carolina, Nevada, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, and Virginia—all of them excited to help and ready to work!

“People adjusted schedules, sacrificed time with family, stepped into unfamiliar roles, and pushed through long hours without hesitation—all in support of one another and the broader mission,” said Geoff Nagy, Director of Branch Operations. “That doesn’t happen by accident. That’s culture in action.”

“What took place in Phoenix wasn’t just a warehouse move—it was a full demonstration of who we are as a company.”

— Geoff Nagy, Director of Branch Operations

“This was truly a great team effort, and the results reflect the dedication, professionalism, and collaboration of everyone involved,” VP of Branch Operations Scott Kellum said. “It was incredible to see people from across the country come together and work so hard as one team, to make this move successful. The results reflect the dedication, professionalism, and collaboration of everyone involved.”
